In today’s lecture, we covered logo marks and were tasked with creating our initials out of shapes in Figma, as well as an animal of our choice.
Creating the initials felt quite easy because the letters themselves were quite easy due to their having no curved lines. Although seeing others’ examples, I realised I could’ve pushed it alot further and made it overall alot more aesthetically pleasing.
For the animal part I chose a fox and beacuse of its angular shape i decided to construct it mainly out of triangles. During the voting section of the lecture it did recieve a fair bit of votes from my classmates however it did recieve critique on being too complex and that it would be alot more pleasing if it was simplified.
